U-Trainings (All-round Leadership Training Programme)

Our professional trainers provide all-round training on leadership skills to local schools through a series of trainings that combine theory with experiential learning. Through 21st century coaching skills of our professional trainers, we target to train up young leaders and efficient teachers for the society.

The programme is human-oriented. Participants are encouraged to have an honest self-evaluation and adopt positive values and outlook on life, so as to attain the dream of oneself and help others with confidence, sense of responsibility and devotion.

Mission

We firmly believe everyone got the potential to be a great leader. The programme aims to help youngsters discover, affirm and utilize their potential and personal qualities fully, putting ideas into real actions to make contributions to school, society, nation and even the whole world.

Programme Structure

Programme Structure	Before each training session, our experienced trainers will meet school teachers to get to know the characteristics and background of participating students
On day	Under the guidance of our professional trainers, participants have to complete various practices and tasks that help enhance their skills of observation, communication, self-reflection and cooperation. Our experienced voluntary trainers lead participants through the experiential activities and sharing sessions to evaluate performance and discuss ways of improvement.
Follow up	Participants and teachers will be invited to provide feedback and comments on the training, follow-up training will be organized if needed

Past Experience

First started in 2018, 27 sessions of U-Trainings have been organized for 18 secondary schools, with number of participants hitting 1600. Schools have shown recognition to the programmme by joining a few times.
